We will not disclose your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have informed you, been authorised by you or are required to by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
We aim to dispatch all products the next working day however all requests are subject to availability and dispatch times may vary accordingly, your card will not be charged until the products are dispatched. We are entitled to refuse any request made by you. You undertake that all details provided to us are accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Goods will be shipped using a standard parcel shipping method and should normally be delivered in 3-5 working days
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.
Your bow is made using the utmost care and attention to detail in terms of both manufacture and selection of materials, however, as wood is a natural product even the level of care used cannot always identify some potential weaknesses.
Used with due care and respect, within the specified limits, your bow should give years of trouble free use.
Your bow is guaranteed for twelve months on a sliding scale, providing that it is treated as recommended in this leaflet. This warranty is on an ex-works basis. We supply bows all over the world and cannot cover the cost of carriage to and from the workshop as part of the warranty within the price that we charge for our bows.
Should your bow break/fail within six months, due to either faulty materials or workmanship, it will be repaired/replaced free of charge, on receipt of the original bow.
Should such a failure occur after six months but before nine months, it will be replaced at 25% of the current retail price.
Should such a failure occur after nine months but before twelve months, it will be replaced at 50% of the current retail price.
All returns MUST be authorised BEFORE sending them back
Should you need to return any item for a refund or exchange please send within 21 days of receipt, unworn in original condition and packaging including all labels, with postage fully paid.
For your returns code and the returns address please complete the form here. Returns items sent without prior authorisation will take longer to exchange or refund. Always obtain proof of postage when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
Please note; we do not provide a free returns service; however we will provide a refund for postage if you receive an incorrect item, or if the goods were faulty (this will be refunded at our postage charges). Should you require an exchange your replacement goods will be sent to you free of charge upon receipt of the incorrect items.
